Vice President Treasurer

What will you do? Ensure appropriate global liquidity and that the company maintains an optimal capital structure globally including setting policy on debt levels, dividend levels and share repurchases Develop and execute Mosaic's short- and long-term capital financing liquidity strategy Establish and maintain investment and commercial banking relationships and rating agency relationships Coordinate capital market, money market and cash management activities, including borrowing strategies and shareholder return policies, payment and collection systems, leasing strategies and investment cash equivalents/marketable securities Evaluate funding alternatives for capital investments and acquisitions Safeguard the company's assets including development and oversight of Mosaic's global risk management strategies and policies which include foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, credit risk, counterparty risk and refinancing risk Oversee loss control initiatives, claims management and ensure that all material insurable risks are understood and protected against through insurance or loss prevention activites Oversee the company's global credit policies and management of credit risk Provide strong financial partnership to the business, investor relations, tax, business development, financial reporting and legal Key advisor to the SLT, the CFO organization and operating management An effective change agent Partner as appropriate in all areas Chair of North American pension committees which include establishing and implementing pension strategies, managing and maintain appropriate investment policies and evaluating plans to de-risk (defined benefit and defined contribution plans.) What do you need for this role? Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required with major in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related area is preferred Certified Treasury Professional preferred 15+ years of progressive business/financial experience, preferably with a Fortune 1000 company Knowledge of and experience with Capital markets (particularly debt markets) preferred Supervisory experience and proven ability to mentor and develop a strong staff International finance experience, including foreign exchange activities preferred Relevant experience in financial/risk management, insurable risk management, cash management and pension investment management is highly desired Ability to attract and develop talent and manage global performance, solid executive presence and relationship skills, ability to develop strong partnerships internally and externally with key stakeholder groups, and effective communication skills   Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products   Specialized Skills & Abilities: Highest level of integrity and ethics Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills Inspirational leader Demonstrated mentoring skills with emphasis on developing high performance teams Solid executive presence and relationship skills Excellent interpersonal and team building skills Ability to effectively communicate and delegate to team Ability to lead through influencing and networking Proven ability to partner with and influence the business Ability to adapt to a continually changing business/work environment and manage multiple priorities Proven strategic planning capabilities Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and negotiation skills Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making skills Excellent business acumen. 25806

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
