Recruiter Associate

Are you our next Associate Recruiter?
The Associate Recruiter will partner with the Recruiters, Human Resources Generalists, and Hiring Managers to provide business-focused recruiting services to source, select, and recruit a diverse and qualified applicant pool for co-op, intern, trades and entry-level professional positions within the United States. This person will have a focus on the full lifecycle campus recruiting process and will work with specialist organizations, groups, and individuals who can act as connectors to top diverse talent.
What will you do?
Execute the full lifecycle campus recruiting process, which will include:
Sourcing and identifying students.
Coordinating and attending career fairs.
Arranging information sessions and other campus events.
Developing and maintaining relationships with campus placement offices, faculty, and student organizations.
Organizing and conducting on-campus interviews and second round interviews.
Coordinating co-op/intern semester assignments and ensure all assignment details are complete.
Coordinating internal college recruiting teams for respective schools and provide detailed logistics to recruiting teams in a timely manner.
Facilitating debrief sessions.
Making hiring recommendations and extending offers.
Managing candidate communication.
Working with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from creating requisitions to extension of offers.
Tracking and reporting metrics to evaluate program success.
Partnering with the Recruiting Assistant on event management and execution which will include: registering for on-campus and local/national diversity fairs, sponsorship of student organization events, developing information session presentations, managing attendee lists for all events, and coordinating time, travel, meetings, materials, catering, and shipping for events.
Serve as a Brand Ambassador on campus and in the community promoting and maintaining a positive Mosaic brand image.
Create and deliver information session presentations.
Work with and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations and diversity partner organizations.
Assist in identifying and building partnerships with new schools and diversity groups. Provide feedback on ways to improve the campus and diversity recruiting strategy and identify optimal ways to engage with and attract with the target audience.
Identify best practices and make recommendations for future recruiting efforts.
Research, recommend, and order promotional items.
Track all diversity and outreach activities for OFCCP compliance.
Execute all aspects of the full lifecycle staffing process for hourly operations, trades and entry-level professional positions.
Generate candidate pools by leveraging university, diversity organization, professional and alumni organization relationships, social networking sites, and networking events.
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Conduct research on new recruiting sources.
Source candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, negotiate offers as appropriate and complete the hiring process.
Work with Human Resources Generalists and Hiring Managers to deliver excellent customer service and Mosaic brand image.
Follow standardized recruiting processes, collaborate with the HR Services team and maintain compliance through required record keeping.
Participate in interview administration including interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements and expense reports.
Process timely correspondence and communication to candidates.
Maintain approved requisitions including coordinating job postings and advertisements.
Department projects and miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
Provide input for continuous process improvement for more effective systems, processes and procedures.
What do you need for this role?
High School diploma/Ged required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other Business-related major preferred.
2+ years of experience in HR or Recruiting required.
For those candidates without a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR or Recruiting experience is required.
Experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting preferred.
Experience facilitating behavioral interviews.
Experience managing a large number of relationships.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment law, diverse recruiting strategies, and cultural competent selection processes.
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendaring) skills.
Strong internet sourcing skills.
Must have experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Workday ATS experience a plus.
Strong Verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Strong process management skills that ensure consistent quality of service delivery.
Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Ability to travel up to 10% of time domestically and work evenings/weekends on occasion.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
