Strategic Supply Chain Design & Analytics Lead

Are you our next Strategic Supply Chain Design & Analytics Lead ?
The Strategic Supply Chain Design & Analytics Lead group is a cross functional team that works with multiple internal teams to carry out complex data analysis and modeling, creating a foundation for sound recommendations for strategic initiatives. This position will be responsible for supporting the commercial organization as an expert in analysis and methodology by creating complex mathematical and financial models including optimization and simulation.
What will you do?
+ Be the subject matter expert on supply chain design, planning and operations
+ Work directly with various stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain design strategy, technology adoption, internal design capabilities, and future roadmap
+ Work directly with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for supply chain design capability growth and prioritize opportunities based on value effort propositions
+ Generate use-case whitepapers and other documentation on success stories with analytics
+ Generate useful value added technical and strategic content to support thought leadership
+ Design and deliver strategic supply chain management solutions utilizing analytic modeling techniques
+ Understand key performance levers (profitability, on-time delivery, cost, feasibility, asset utilization, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics
+ Define and develop analytics modeling approaches in partnership with team members
+ Proactively identify and raise issues that impact quality, scope, timing, or cost of project deliverables
+ Review and validate data, build and validate models and run scenarios
+ Provide visual analytics and modeling to provide visual insights along with data analytics
+ Provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with stakeholders
+ Prepare and present findings utilizing power point presentations
+ Conduct periodic network optimization/simulation review and analysis to continuously measure performance and identify opportunities
+ Fully document modeling approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions, and constraints
What do you need for this role?
+ Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Business Administration Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field required
+ 7+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in Supply Chain Management with a strong interest in advanced supply chain analytics and digital supply chain
+ 2+ years of demonstrated experience of having led operations improvements in managing transformation drivers (performance management systems, policies, mindsets, and behaviors, etc.) using advanced analytics
+ 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in advanced supply chain analytics modeling using descriptive, predictive prescriptive, machine learning, optimization and simulation techniques resulting in a competitive advantage and operational improvements
+ Deep technical skills and experience in data modeling and data mining techniques
+ Experience and fluency in using mathematical optimization and simulation software, databases, programming languages, and comfortable working with large data sets including data
+ Experience is conducting complex data analysis using regression, decision trees, clustering, random forests, greenfields, generalized linear models, MILP, Multi Objective functions, Simulation, etc.
+ Experience modeling Customer Profitability,Price Elasticity, Order Probability, Seasonality, Profit/Cost Optimization, (Cost To Serve Optimization, Asset Optimization, Logistics Optimization, Product Mix Optimization, Product Flow Optimization, Inventory Optimization, S&OP Optimization), Simulation, etc. is a must
+ Modeling experience for supply chain problems in Commodity/Agrichemicals is preferred
+ Prior supply chain business consulting experience is a plus
+ Proficient/Expert skills in Excel, Access, SQL, R, Python, Tableau and LLamasoft-SupplyChainGuru
+ Knowledge of S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, ERP and Business Intelligence softwares
+ Knowledge of SAP-IBP, SAP-ERP, HANA, Business Objects and associated data structures a plus
+ Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills with the ability to structure and solve problems and conduct and interpret analysis independently, with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions both at disaggregate and aggregate levels
+ Ability to communicate complex technical and analytical content in an understandable, effective and impactful way
+ Time, results and quality oriented with a highly committed work ethic; and able to work effectively while handling multiple priorities
+ Energetic, cooperative and pleasant personality
+ Fluency in both written and spoken English
+ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate, influence and negotiate utilizing fact based data analytics and visualizations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
