Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Are you our next Senior Supply Chain Analyst?
The Strategic Supply Chain Planning and Analytics team is a cross functional team that works with multiple internal teams to carry out complex data analysis and modeling, creating a foundation for sound recommendations for strategic initiatives. The Sr Supply Chain Analyst will partner with supply chain operational areas and will be responsible for driving improvements that deliver business value. This position will be responsible for identifying and providing valuable business insights utilizing optimization and analytics. This position will work closely with cross functional stakeholders and will serve as a catalyst to drive best in class analytics capabilities. This position will work closely with the Strategic Supply Chain Design and Analytics lead and will be responsible for performing regular supply chain network optimization reviews. This role requires significant analytical skills combined with business acumen to develop new solutions and align existing tools with changes in the business. The Sr Supply Chain Analyst should be skilled in facilitation, problem-solving, negotiation and relationship-building.
What will you do?
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams and build analytics capabilities to drive improvements in fact based analytical decision making
+ Act as the data expert, leading the way in data discovery, both proactively and by request, to identify key insights and trends to help drive strategic recommendations
+ Proactively work with the management in analyzing data to identify problems and trends; and develop solutions to the problems and trends
+ Provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with the stakeholders
+ Utilize agreed upon metrics across the supply chain network to measure and monitor operational and financial performance
+ Communicate and present findings to the leadership in Supply Chain and other stakeholders across the organization
+ Practice best-in-class concepts from relevant industries into supply chain operational strategies and drive supply chain innovation
+ Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics within an agreed-upon SLA
+ Design and deliver comprehensive supply chain design solutions using Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru and Tableau
+ Responsible for data sourcing, cleansing, analysis and database development
+ Responsible for documenting modeling approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions, and constraints
+ Measure impact to supply chain levers while modeling various supply chain scenarios
+ Show results of supply chain design scenarios in P&L format, leveraging Excel, LLamasoft and Tableau
+ Ability to accurately model reality using incomplete or unstructured data
+ Develop strong relationships and partnerships within Supply Chain, Supply Chain Finance, Product Management, Sales and Operations
+ Responsible for partnering with S&OP planning functions for periodic supply chain network reviews and KPI?s improvements
+ Manage and track supply chain performance trends impacting product flows, availability, capacity utilization, sourcing, etc. and make recommendations around planning assumptions to S&OP team
+ Partners and collaborates with departments within Supply Chain to identify and develop process and tools to improve efficiencies
+ Build new capabilities and tools to drive self-service analytics for business users across supply chain functions
+ Partner with key stakeholders with the business and IT to develop and document business requirements for IT solution design, development and implementation
What do you need for this role?
+ Bachelor?s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related degree programs required, Masters degree preferred
+ 5+ years of work experience in the field of Supply Chain Management
+ 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in supply chain data modeling and analysis like network flow, demand, forecast error, inventory, transportation, asset utilization, constraint analysis, cost-to-serve, etc. resulting in practical supply chain operational effectiveness and improvement outcomes
+ Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
+ Diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
+ Demonstrated examples of working with business partners to deliver a solution that met objectives
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment
+ S&OP planning, constraints layering and optimization
+ Proven ability to build and maintain complex business intelligence, financial reporting and/or supply chain models
+ Prior experience in advanced supply chain analytics using predictive analytics, network optimization and simulation a plus
+ R, Phython, Llamasoft-Supply Chain Guru, Tableau preferred
+ Expert level skill in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL and PowerPoint
+ Knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain Planning, Network Optimization, Business Intelligence, Simulation, Visualization softwares
+ Strong business acumen and solid understand of Supply Chain Management
+ Data modeling and visualization for supply chain problems
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
+ Proven ability to develop and apply analytic solutions to solve business problems and deliver operational improvement.
+ Strong critical thinking and business curiosity
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Self-starter with the ability and drive to independently frame problems and attack the work at hand
+ Strong presentation skills utilizing facts, data, analysis, reasoning and visualization
