Active Florida state medical license and DEA Availability when submitting presentation Board Certified in Diagnostic/Interventional Radiology Submission of rates for Weekday Call, Weekend Call, and Hourly Call Back rates Submission of clinical interview availability Certification:

Mon - Fri (9a-5p) Weekend Requirements:
No weekend hours at this site; however, there is weekend DX coverage in reading the work list:
12p-6p, 7a-1p, 1p-7a Call:
