Located in Lithia, Florida (33547), Fish Hawk Animal Clinic prides itself on providing exceptional care to our patients and clients.
We currently are hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist.
Applicants for this position must have a love of animals, attention to details, and ability to work unsupervised.
Duties include but are not limited to answering the phones, making appointments, checking in/out clients, pulling/filing charts and receipts, communicating between clients and staff, maintaining a clean lobby and work space, etc.
This position may be part time or full time.
This position will require availability on Saturdays and on holidays as needed.
The position hours will range between 10-28 hours for part time, and 35-40 for full time.
Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a veterinary receptionist or 2 years as a receptionist in a healthcare setting to be considered for this position.
If you do not have the required experience, you will not be considered for this position.
Previous experience with clientrax software is a plus.
