Requires a professional, energetic, friendly, organized personality with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

HOURS:
Monday - Friday starting at 7am; 36-40 hours per week DUTIES:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, collect payments, verify insurance (Tricare) eligibility and benefits Take detailed and accurate messages and ensure messages are directed to the appropriate individual REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1-2 years of medical front office experience is preferred - dermatology preferred.
HIGH LEVEL ATTENTION TO DETAIL and ability to multi-task Personable, excellent customer service skills, energetic Strong communication and listening skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently Efficient with organizational and time management skills Professional, well-groomed appearance Knowledge of billing and insurance Proficiency with Apple products is preferred (iMac & iPad) EZDerm or EMA experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint Reliable transportation Ability to work in a team environment Job Type:
