THIS IS NOT A SERVER'S POSITION.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders - Assist with food preparation and plating, as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
SOMEONE WITH PRIOR SERVER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation - Food service:
Understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles - Customer service:
Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests - Restaurant:
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including order taking and table service - Guest services:
Attentiveness to guests' needs and ability to provide personalized service - Food handling:
